The Challenge
GoodRx sits at an unusual intersection: a consumer brand dealing in inherently complex, clinical subject matter. Prescription pricing, medication discounts, and healthcare savings aren’t easy things to make feel approachable but that’s exactly what the creative needed to do. Every piece had to translate dense medical and pharmaceutical information into something clear, engaging, and actionable for a general audience.
My Role
Working as Senior Designer at LIFT, I owned the design and production across a wide range of GoodRx materials — direct mail, in-office displays, social assets, emails, white papers, and landing pages. I was responsible for translating the brand’s messaging into visuals that could work across very different contexts: a mailer someone pulls from their mailbox, a display in a waiting room, a landing page on a phone.
The most significant piece I worked on was GoodRx’s Prescription Savings Card — the physical card presented to pharmacists at the point of sale to unlock discounts. Working directly with GoodRx’s internal team, I helped redesign the card to be more functional and immediately legible. The final card and accompanying display stand are now in doctor’s offices and pharmacies across the country.
